Expenditure Required $ -0- Account Number(s): Amount Budgeted $ -0- Additional Required $ -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: Feld Entertainment/Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus is requesting a rolling street closure from the Everett Station,Hill Street, north to Pacific,west to McDougall,north to Wall Street, across Broadway, and west to the Everett Events Center, for a Circus Animal Walk on September 15, 2004, 11 a.m., and back to the Everett Station on September 19,2004, 8 p.m. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): To approve a rolling street closure from the Everett Station,Hill Street,north to Pacific,west to McDougall, north to Wall Street, across Broadway, and west to the Everett Event Center for a Circus Animal Walk on September 15, 2004, 11 a.m., and back to the Everett Station, on September 19, 2004, 8 p.m., sponsored by Feld Entertainment, Inc./Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus with the condition that three overtime police officers be detailed to assist in the passage both to and from the Event Center.
