WASHINGTCN 9B144o(206) 324-6790 <br />MINUTES OF MEETING <br />tom; 3' l•- <br />A : j3- <br />At the request of the owner, Evergreen Electrical Contractors ccnducted al <br />load test of the 4X4X2 1/8" J-boxes used for support of the high bay lights <br />In the 40-04 building. <br />The test was conducted using the wiremold channel, 3/4" GRS nipples, <br />Locknuts and boxes as used on the project. <br />A 100 lb weight was hung off the J-box with no noticeable deflection In the <br />box. The weight was Increased to 480 lbs. at which time the'wiremold <br />channel started to bend and a 1/16" deflection In the box was detected. <br />The weight was then set at 100 lbs. and dropped from a height of 26" which <br />destroyed the wiremold channel and showed an 1/8" box deflection. <br />At no time did the box welds show any sign of deterioration. <br />ICI Evergreen Electrical Contractors trusts that this is an accurate statement of <br />the test performed and witnessed by all present.
