NNPRACf NLMER 91-2105 <br />Quality Assurance Summary <br />for the Period 02-05-91 to 04-22-91 <br />QlU►M ASSURANCE SERVICES PROVIDED UUS PERIOD <br />r' Your primary inspector was Ms. L. Miller in regards to structural steel. <br />I. As per our original scope of work, field inspections were performed at <br />Boeings manufacturing facility located in Everett, Wa. Two concrete <br />r pours were done at this project, the first being the column footings and <br />the second being the light weight deck pour. Attached is the complete <br />set of inspection reports issued. All requested items have been in- <br />spected by Pacific Testing Laboratories and verify project specifica- <br />tions were adhered to. All existing nwnconformances have been addressed <br />with Mr. Todd Barrow of the project team and have corrected, thus <br />n closing this aspect of the project. <br />{.� N0N00NFUF44JG FORK <br />As shown on Table 1 a total of 38 reports were issued during this peri- <br />od. Boeing Support Services project manager, Mr. T. Barrow, has been <br />informed of any nonconformances by both Mr. L.
