An interpretive eign be developed and placed on the Seaway Center <br /> Boulevard. Thie aign would include photoe and/or a description of [he <br /> mitigsted wetland, and its funetions and values. 2t�a eign ehould be <br /> placed in an area overlooking the mitigation eite and at a locetion <br /> that providee for traffic pullout. <br /> 2. The organic eoile in Wetland S should be ealvaged for use ia t6e <br /> creation of the mitigated retland. <br /> 3. Monitoring of Wetlands B and C and the biofiltration ewalee aeaociated <br /> with theee wetlande should includs the folloving: <br /> a. Water quality moaitoring will iaclude teating for levele oft <br /> 1) Total phoephorue <br /> 2) Soluble reactive phoephorue. <br /> b. Sedimente at the end of biofiltration ewalee will be manitored <br /> for ?ead an� zinc in yeare 1, 3, and 5. <br /> c. Vegetation near outlete of the biofiltration awalee will be <br /> monitored for zinc and lead the firet year. If sediment <br /> monitoring in year 3 indicatea accumulation of lead and zinc, <br /> then vegete[ion monitoring rrill be carried out in yeare 3 and 5. <br /> 4. Add a etatement indicating that if contingenciee are implemented or <br /> etandards not met by year 5, then monitoring time vill be e:tended. <br /> 5.
