Fumish all nxessary testing equipment, inciuding hose, temporary piping, <br /> approved pipe plugs, equipment, and flow meuurement facilitiu. <br /> 2. Any arrangement of testing equipment which will provide readily observable <br /> and reasonably awurate mcasuroments of leakage under the specified <br /> conditions will be permitted. <br /> D. Time of Testing: Test pipe after all trench backfilling hu been completed and prior <br /> to constcuction of pavement subbas.;. The Contractor, u his option and expense, may <br /> make other earlicr tests to ensure complisnce with the tau specified prcviously. , <br /> E. Repairs: Repair or replace, in a manner approved by the Enginar, any section of <br /> pipe not maling the air or hydrostatic test requirements, at no cost to the owner. <br /> F. Subsequent Failure: <br /> 1.
