However, in preparation for an <br /> expaneion that will add 4 .9 million square feat to its <br /> existing facilities, Hoeing requasts one rezone, two <br /> amendments of the Everett Genaral Plen, and ona amendment of <br /> the zoning code. <br /> Boeing requests the area of the site, aouth of Seeway <br /> Boulevard extended, be razoned from "M-1", Oflice and <br /> Industrial Park to "M-2" Heavy Manufacturinq. Boainq also <br /> requests that thin area be redeaiqnated on tha Everett General <br /> Plan from "Office and Industrial Park" to "Heavy <br /> Manufacturinq. " <br /> The offica area, which is zoned "M-2", has never been <br /> daeignated on the Everett Gannral Plan. Tharefore, a <br /> designation of "Heavy Menufacturing", is requested. <br />
