The Expansion will cause disruption of field use during <br /> consWction. In addidon, providing the 9,500 new employees with comparable <br /> access to fields will require the equivalent of two additional fields. Mticipated lacal <br /> govemment revenues, including thosc generated by the construcdon and <br /> operation of the proposed facility, were compared with those projected <br /> ezpenditures which would be required ta prov�de a constant miz and level of <br /> service to a population which includes the growch genecated hy the ezpansion. <br /> The analysis concluded that over the impact period, the larger jurisdictions <br /> where impacts will occur, revenues will ezceed expenditures, <br /> Those net revenues estimated co be avai]able to each impacted Ioca! <br /> govemment can be applied by its decision maker to midgate impacts of the <br /> Proposed Acrion for each of the affected public scrvices in that jurisdiction. <br /> 47 <br />
