As you recall, <br /> the City reviewed and approved the 7G7 projec[ and iszued a Planned Action Detennination on March <br /> 29, 2010. We understand that batch plant is temporary, would be installed at the same location used <br /> previously (or a similar operalion in 2008, and that necessary permits have been obtained (rom the <br /> Department of Ccology and Pu�et Sound Clean Air Agency.
