The use , <br /> would be limited to a convenience store in conjunction with a range <br /> of uses, such as laundromat, cleaners, beauty shop, etc. This <br /> matter was heard by the Hearing Examiner who recommended approval per , <br /> Memorandum dated June 4, 1982, as amended June 17th, 1982, subject • <br /> to 25 conditions. Several letters opposing the rezone were received <br /> and are part of the Hearing Examiner' s reports and findings. <br /> z <br /> � Councilman Stephanson pointed out this area in the Southwest Everett � <br /> ' Comprehensive Plan is desiqnated as neiyhborhood business. use.
