Casino <br /> Dear Mr. Woodward� <br /> To ensure proper stormwater management, the City oi Everett Engineerfng <br /> Department will be routinely inspecting privately owned storm watec detentlon <br /> systems on a yearly basis. Careful attentfon must be given to the maintenance <br /> oi these drainage systems. It is the. property owner s responsibility to regularly <br /> have all the catch basins in the system cleared of sediment, in particular the <br /> catch basfn housing the flow restrlctor. If the restrictor becomes clogged, the <br /> detention system will not function and the potential for flooding and for pollution <br /> of the receiving water body Increases. <br /> � The drainage system at the above address was recently inspected by Clty staff <br /> members. <br /> � We found that the system was not tnstalled in conformance with the plans <br /> ' approved and dated June 11, 1980. Five of the flow restrictor outlet pipes are <br /> � not equipped with the watertight removable end clean out caps shown on the <br /> Sn t Iled.
