I met Mr. Ericicson today, <br /> Chief Building Inspector of Everett, Washington. 41e went <br /> over the project and I explained to him how everything was <br /> being done despite the condition of the weather and the <br /> ground itself. Mr. Erickson seemed pleased that the cun- <br /> tractor was doing a good job considering that they weren't <br /> using any cuood forms and also, they �aere getting the water <br /> and loose dirt out as much as possible. I asked the con- <br /> tractor to cover the concrete for the nfght and he said he <br /> would. I also told him to put in longer vertical bars in, <br /> because the one's he had in were a little to short.
