Salomdo heaters were uaed to thaw prior to pouring. <br /> Requested steel in footings at Building �k31 be pulled up and <br /> re-aligned due to slippage. <br /> Temperature of weather was 38� to 42�; concrete temperature 48� . <br /> Febivary 6 and 7, 1969: No work done on these two days, <br /> Februarv 10, 1969: On this date, concrete was placed in 4l6 and <br /> 417 pada.
