All signs shall meet zoning code requirements with the following exceptions: <br />Requirements of a variance which was granted by the Board of Adjustment on <br />March 8, 1988, to allow a three foot high monument sign. for Parcel One not <br />to exceed 22 square feet in area in lieu of 22 square f:-et of the 30 square <br />feet of permitted wall signs with landscaping at the base of the monument <br />sign to extend three feet in all directions as measured from the extent of <br />the sign, or requirements that would apply if all parties to this Binding <br />Site Plan were to apply for and obtain a variance from the Board of <br />Adjustment to allow an integrated sign program for the entire site (see <br />attached legal description) consisting of Lots .1 and 2 of Binding Site Plan <br />No. and the restrictions relative to said integrated sign program for <br />the entire site consisting of both Lots 1 and 2 be placed on the face of the <br />Final Binding Site Plan and an Irrevocable Covenant be recorded on both <br />parcels limiting the signing to that approved by the Board of Adjustment. <br />
