I will briefly go over sane of the explanations we discussed during wr cornersation. First of all, "habitable" means capable of being lived in or suitable for habitation. In accordance with Sec. 409 of the Uniform Building Code, sleeping spaces or rooms are habitable. The bus situated at 2805 Cedar is being used as sleeping quarters. Therefore, the bus falls in the same catagory as a mobile home or vacation trailer. i On December 31, 1970, the Everett City Council passed Ordinance 34-69. Article 18, Sec. 18.10 of that ordinance reads as follows: , I It shall be unlawful for any nerson to maintain or operate for residential purposes an occupied mobile hane or vacation '• trailer in the City of Everett unless such mobile hane or vacation trailer is located on or within a licensed mobile hane park. This same Section may be foimd in Chapter 17 of the City of Everett Muiicipal Code. In Chapter 17 it is Section 17.64.010 and reads ex- actly the same as the ordinance section.
