The block walls of the uaper story show sleo many cracks and <br /> repaire to make those walls safe are impoAsible, impracticle and <br /> economically not Peaeible. <br /> 3. The concrete slab on grade ahowa a great number of deficiencies, <br /> aside from the epecial features like gutters, elopee, etc. necessary <br /> for the former laundry operations. <br /> 3.
