Dear Mr. Mssolf:
This department h , received complaints from tenants living in an
apartment building at 2830 Cedar, Everett, which is owned by you . m
..
The main complaint was concerning the electrical system. A walk- c =
through inspection of two of the units indicates that there are _
wires hanging from walls and ceilings that must be properly secured v+
and protected. "
It is htghly recommended that '. iensed electrician be hired to -i
go over all the electrical systems to determine exactly where there m N
are crossovers in the systems between apartments and to insure that
r
the systems are nrt hazardous to the occupants. N
There are other problems concerning the aprtments. Some of the c
violations may be sufficient to declare the structure substandard
pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code.
