Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br /> placed within the City limita. It tak�s alx�ut 95 days (a SEPA <br /> review) to obtain permits for any specific site. A one-year guarantee is required on the public street, utility <br /> and site landscapinq for an amount not less than 108 of the cost <br /> of construction and shall run for one year from the date of <br /> issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the proiect. <br /> 6. on-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the city. <br /> / The easement will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of <br /> I C' permits. <br /> 7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will <br /> be required to be submitted per City design and construction <br /> 1 �� standards and specifications. <br /> � e. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br /> a. Liqhting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br /> I �� condles. <br /> b. During the final stayes of construction, please contact Dick <br /> "��'� Thornberry, Crime Prevention �fficer at 259-0416 for furt-her <br /> � security recommendations. <br /> c. Provide monitored fire and intrusion alarm syatem zoned for <br /> ��� eech entity. To provi�e protection in case of armed robbery, <br /> � include remote panic buttons and/or foot trip if usinq <br /> customer counter. <br /> I <br /> ��� � <br />
