A[ that [ ime, one of [he <br /> partners owned the adjacent land to the norch and the parking lot <br /> � �� was extended 10 fee[ onto that property. <br /> � The adjacent property to the north was subsequently toreclosed <br /> and tha[ pertner lost its interest . It was subsequently sold by <br /> ��� the fo- �closing bank to STL Associates which fe cucrently <br /> develot � a warehouse on [hat parcel . <br /> In order to correct the proper[y line, [he existing parking on <br /> [he north property line will be moved 10 feet , rPsulting in e <br /> modification o: [he curren[ parking scheme . <br />
