Nendel's has had approval and has developed <br /> their site to include 22 parkinq spaces along and extending <br /> beyond the North property line. <br /> In the Nendel's DNS, a Binding Site Plan or Boundary Line <br /> Adjustment was required if a chanqe of ownershin occurred.
