Reinforcin; Steel Ins ection: <br />Inspected placement of reinforcing steel in slab on grade o <br />covered parking 101, grid lines (A-B) 4-8 and foundation <br />walls of repair and aervire building, grid lines (F) 1-3, and— <br />(1) A.5-F. Steel. was laced in accordance with plans and <br />specifications. No Burke Keyed Gold joint placed on slab c <br />grade of covered parking #101, between the curbs. Superintend <br />ent said that the curbs were blocked out and would be laced <br />at a later time and that the curb blockout would served as <br />cold joint. Also slop gird line 8 of the covered parking 10 <br />the thickened slab area was ommited at the architects re°uest. <br />2. Concrete Inspection: <br />Observed placement of 64 yards of concrete in the above Job <br />areas. 3 cylinders and slump were taken for control refer to <br />concrete test report #18 Concrete was laced in accordance <br />with plans and specifications. <br />3.
