Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shull be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing si:e <br /> pazking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary const-uction erosion control, and all <br /> requitcd improvemcnts in thc public right-of-wny. Public Work� Depariment upproval of thesc <br /> drawings is rcquircd prior to any permits being issucd. All improvements si:�ll be complcted, <br /> approvcd nnd warrantcd before thc Occupancy Pcrtnit is issued/final npproval is granted. <br /> ?. 1�'ull standnrd half strcct improvements arc rcyuired to 33rd Strect and Cedur Strect, including but not <br /> limited to curb, gutter, sidewalks, strect widemng and drainage control per City Design Standards. <br /> 3.
