Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this �uea. To initiate new service <br /> orders, please contact Marilyn Davis Westlund at (425) 356-7512 at least 90 days <br /> pricr to the required in-service date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's <br /> sole expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at <br /> (206) 224-2018 to coordinate relocation requests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed 'i <br /> development. For further information about the electrical service requiremenls for <br /> this project, please call Kurt Martin of the District's Customer Engineering Office, <br /> Everett at 258-8291. <br /> 3. Verizon Northwest has facilities near this location. However, any building entrances <br /> must be coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation of <br /> Verizon facilities that is required to construct the new apartments will be at the total <br /> expense of the developer. Any relocation will take 60 to 120 days. Please contact <br /> Mike Hupf, Engineer at (425) 356-4052 or Mike Bly, Engineer at (425) 356-4034 if <br /> you have any questions regarding this building entrance. <br /> 4. Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable <br /> construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. Verizon's <br /> engineering will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and <br /> telephone requirements. <br /> 5. It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit <br /> and trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network <br /> communications cable within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination <br /> oi conduit and/or trenching is incorporated into the project to accommodate Verizon's <br /> entrance cable, there will be no costs lo the developer for Verizon's cable. <br /> 6. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br /> appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment from will <br /> be forv✓arded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of Verizon's <br /> engineering for such rearrangement, a deposit will be required.
