I <br /> On 8/3/79, Doug Budden inspected said structure and gave ' <br /> final approval for a single occupancy. Since that date until ' <br /> 2/22/B0, said structure has been divided into 3everal bays , I <br /> without obtaininR the proper permits or providing adequate <br /> sanitary facilities. parking or lendscaping. I <br /> Mr. Kirtley stated that they (Kirtley-Cole) xere not trying to <br /> circumVent the City codes end laws. Mr. Kirtley also stated <br /> that as the original permit was for a aarehouse, additional <br /> parking was not required and that it was an oversight to not <br /> obtain additional permits for the interior work. � <br /> It has been determined that a minimum of 16 off-street parking I <br /> stalls will have to be provided, plus 5t of the parking area <br /> will have to be landscaped. <br /> � In the structure that has just been completed (Permit No. 5164) I <br /> there will have to be provided adequate sanitary facilities. <br /> Mr. Kirtley stated that Ne (the City of Everett) determine what c <br />�� corrective measures must be taken to bring this structure into I <br /> comp].iance with the applicable codes, notify hi�r of this work <br />��I ' and they will obtain the proper permits and perform the required <br />!� , corrections, i <br />� <br /> � It appears that wa are having tl�e same problem w3th *.his I <br /> structure that wo had with ti�e first huilding (Permit No. 4389) . <br /> In building No. 1, a pervit was issued for a wgrehouse and <br /> then tho structure was divided into several separate bays <br /> , without first obtaining the proper permits. ; <br /> i <br /> ; I <br /> i ' � <br /> i <br /> I <br /> � , <br />
