Such street improvements shall not be limited to the half street abutting the property; tor example, where no permanent street improvement existed, � the strect improvement shall be extended beyond the centerline ; a sutficient distance (l0 ft. minimum) to permit sate movemen• ; ot tratfic. { This Covenant consenting to the formation of a local improvement district applies (and precludes legal protest) only to the formation of a local improvement district, Owner executing this dacument retains Its, his/her or their rfghts under . law to provide input on the proposed public improvements to be accomplished by such local improvement district including nature and type of improvements as well ' as the proposed or tinal benetits and assessment theretor.
