The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a propoaed special property use. <br /> Finding: The proposed use is the construction of fuur single-family residences on four lots <br /> known as lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 Block 276, Plat of Everett Division"O". <br /> Conclusion: The surrounding area is developed with residentiai and some <br /> commercial/industrial uses. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utllitfes and publlc services requlred to serve a proposed <br /> use. <br /> Finding: The subject lots fronl on Chestnut Street. The alley right-oF-way located to the <br /> rear of the subject lots is partially improved. The Cily of Everett Public Services <br /> Department has stated that if any of these lots are developed in whole or individually, the <br /> alley shall be improved to C(ry standards.
