All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled lo an <br /> approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br /> Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan#'s 305A <br /> & 306 on lhis proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br /> driveweys and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br /> 16. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br /> 17. Pave driveway(rom the front property line out to the street pav(ng. <br /> 18. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's <br /> water and sewer services. <br /> 19. A catch basin as per City Standard Plan i►402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br /> required for the parking area. <br /> 20. If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure Iine must discharge into a private <br /> manhole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br /> 21.
