Mr. McLeod, <br /> I received your letter informing me of the tlme line involved in our permit for the downstairs <br /> kitchenette. <br /> We have not finished the work on our home.We had not been told by any of our contractors that a vent <br /> to the outside was needed if we were to have an above stove microwave.Our contractor does not do <br /> this type of work. <br /> While I was In the middle of attempting to contract out this work, my brother, for whom the kitchen was <br /> meant,decided to dissolve our purchasing loan contract,probably because he wanted the equity after 3 <br /> years instead o(15. Nat be(ng told that this was his goal when I reached this agreement with hfm before <br /> purchasing a five split level bedroom house and installing both a second kitchen a�d a hot tub at his <br /> demand, I was caught unprepared. I had to arrange and am still arranging the moneys involved to buy <br /> him out. Had I known this was his goal, I would never have built the kitchenette. <br /> I had hoped to use my income tax return to complete the project. I though I had one year and from your <br /> letter, it turns out 1 only had 6 months.
