Your <br /> attentlon is required in the removal of the materiai from the lot. <br /> On April 27th I talked with Ronald Harpham and he indicated that you gave <br /> him permission to dump the materials on this property. <br /> As the owner of the property on which the material is located, you heve the <br /> responsib111ty for removal and disposal of the materials.
