In Janu�ry of this year Miriam Davis purchased it to 8ip. Due to an inquiry by our <br /> command staH, Kevin ran by there the other day, and noted the��ards had been cleaned up,and contractors were working <br /> on the interior. They,the contractors explained the interior was su bad, they took it down to studs and started Iresh. I <br /> checked Permit Trak and noticed no permits had been applied f�r. <br /> Would you like to send Ted out to take a luok around and possibly post a stop work. The house was built it 1910, so we <br /> are assuming at this point since they gutted it, the electrical and plumbing has probably been improvedlalteredletc... Let <br /> me know what you think.
