Guttera in the <br /> arees to be worked shall be removed, and either <br /> re-installed and added onto, oc replaced with the same <br /> type aluminum qutter. Add clear 1" x 6" fascia boards <br /> to the new rafter tails, Add full length 2" x 8" barqe <br /> boarda to the new rear gable end. <br /> Cover all new roof framinq with 1/2" CDX (CCX at the <br /> overhanqe) plywood and fasten matchi� � three tab <br /> - roofing (20 warranty - Contractor to <br /> reqiater the warranty with the roofin,q manufacturer) . <br /> Looaen up the horizontal wood aidina juat above the new <br /> roof line against ehe upper houae walle and inetall <br /> metal flaehing under the siding and run out over the new <br /> roofing. Cut the siding where the new rear gable roof <br /> meeta the back well of the upper house and inatall metal <br /> step flashing under the aiding and over the roofing. - <br /> Contractor shall cloee in the new gable end, 5/8" T111 <br /> ie acceptable. Cut in two 5/8" ACX plywood doors to <br /> qive code accesa to the new attic spaces, one door in <br /> the weat KAll of the rear upatairs bedroom and the other <br /> ,door in the front upstaira bedroom north wall. Place <br /> doore on hinqea and hook-eye latchee. Trim out doors <br /> complete.
