It has finally <br /> come down to me issuing a Violation Citation for conditions on the property that affect everyone in the neighborhood. I <br /> received a phone call this date from a Social Worker doing follow-up work on Mr.Jung after his release from the <br /> liospital.She is going to recommend to him that he move to a facility where he can be looked after. Her question to me <br /> was if the house is to the point that it would be condemned. I did tite in my Citation IPMC108.13 Structure unfit for <br /> human occupancy and 1 believe that there is also electrical problems and other concems.
