This <br /> will upgrade the communicatfon facilities for the Washington State <br /> Patrol(WSP) and Department of TranspoAatlon(DOT�. Other <br /> communfcation companfes will locate at thls site. The monopole will <br /> support five whip, one microwave dish, and 21 panel antennas. An 11 <br /> foot hfgh whip antenna wili be place on the top of the monopole. <br /> Equfpment cabinets and seven foot high fencing will be placed at the <br /> base of the monopole. The variance is from Section 9, page 9•03, <br /> restricting the hefght of structures to 28 feet and from Subsection <br /> 39.040, requiring a setback from all property Iine3 equivalent to the <br /> height of the structure. <br /> ZONING: R-2, Single Family Detached Medium Density <br /> Lot Size: 49,600 square feet. <br /> Existing Land Use: The site is occupied by a 300 foot high tower. The tower has been <br /> approved for demolition under SEPA #97-017.
