The proposed <br /> pole will replace a 300 foot tall wooden tower currently on-site. In addition to <br /> the Special Property Use Permit, the Applicant is seeking a variance to exceed <br /> the R-2 Zone stiUctural height limitations of 28 feet for development of the <br /> monopole on the� subject property.
