The proposed <br /> pole will replace a 300 foot tall wooden tower currently on-site. In addition to <br /> the Special Property Use Permit, the Applicant is seeking a variance to exceed <br /> the R-2 Zone stiUctural height limitations of 28 feet for development of the <br /> monopole on the� subject property. The Applicant (s a�so requesNng a variance <br /> from the 150 foof setback standards as set forth in EMC 19.39.040. <br /> A hearing on the req;�est was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City �f <br /> Everett on March 26, 1998.
