(AEE) respectfully submits this final summary of special <br /> inspection services for the referenced proJect. Our services were performed as requesled and <br /> scheduled by U S WEST Wireless. Daily reports of our inspection were prepared at the time our <br /> services were provided. Our daily field reports, which are attached, form the basis for this final <br /> summary lelter. <br /> AEE performed special inspection services for reintorced concrete for support equipment pad and <br /> tower footing. We observed that the reintorcing steel and placement of concrete wnformed with <br /> the approved plans and specifications. All concrete samples collected during construction met or <br /> exceeded the specified 28-day compressive strengih requirements. <br /> Performed inspeclion services for structural steel bolting.
