Provide a total of three paved off-street parking spaces. I <br /> 2. Comply with the licensing requirements of the Washington State D.S.H.S. <br /> 3. A buiiding permit is required for the work done on the structure. The buiiding is required <br /> to comply with occupancy requirements for new construction. <br /> 4.
