The main structure was only to be renovated, and theii added onto. <br /> ho•xever all existing construction has been removed. In order to continue with any further <br /> construction the following measures must be taken: <br /> • Either a new permit must be applied for,or the eristing pertnit must be amended. <br /> . New plans, specifications and calculations must be submitted which detail the complete <br /> scope of the new project(as was noted on the foundation inspection report dated 10/I�/01). <br /> • Any plan review and permit fees already paid fot will be credited towards the new fees <br /> generated upon resubmission. <br /> • A Public Works permit is now also required for revisions to the site utilities. <br /> The revised submission will be reviewed for fire/life safety, structural and land use requirements.
