If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, <br /> you muy: <br /> 1) Request inspections of work thnt hns occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request finnl inspections ofthe work thut is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for u 180 dny extension. <br /> Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br /> within 10 duys. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming <br /> without finnl approvnl.
