The design includes an area separation wall I <br /> between the office uea and warehouse, which serves ro keep the floor areas under the I <br /> threshold for an automatic sprinkler system as provided by the sprinkler ordinance. <br /> The wall is being constructed without glazed openings, which would have to be <br /> protected with tested assemblies of not less than one and one-half hour �ire resistive <br /> protective rating. <br /> An anonymous call •.vas received indicating the owners intention of creating unprotected <br /> openings within this wall after a Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
