This report sumnarizes our findings and pre- <br /> sents conclusions pertinent to site development. <br /> The property under discussion is located immediately to the north of the <br /> existin9 Keller Supply facility. The proposed building will have concrete <br /> tilt-up walls and a dock-heigth floor. <br /> SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION � <br /> --- 1 <br /> Our subsurface exploration consisted of excavating a series of four test pits � <br /> across the site with a tractor-mounted backhoe. These pits ranged in depth <br /> from six to nine feet and permitted direct visual identification of the soils { <br /> by an En9ineering geologist frum our office. The logs of the test pits are j <br /> included in the Appendix of this report. The approximate test pit locations � <br /> are shown on the Site Plan.
