They witl be accepted only with the understanding tl�at changes and/or additional information may be required through the Environmental Checklist review. Also, it shall be understood that no permits will be issued until the Environmental Checklist review has been completed and a Negative Declaration of Nonsignificance has been issued and becomes a oart of your file. The following information shall be submitted: 1 . Plot plans - 7 copies , 2. Two sets of architectural and structural plans 3. Structural calculations 4. Drainage plans - 5 sets 5. Landscaping plans (if applicable) - 4 sets 6. Completed Construction Permit application At the time of submission, a Plan Check fee will be paid which will be based upon 65% of the 6uilding Permit fee. This fee can be calculated as i per Table 3-A, 1979 Edition of the Uniform Building Code.
