Thie <br /> area hae euffezed heavy damage from two fires and requires complete <br /> demolition. <br /> The south portion of the buildinq is mixed construction types (concrete, <br /> mneonry, eteel, and wood) . Thia area suffered only moderate fire damage, <br /> but salvage operation removing machinery will cause major damaqe to <br /> atructural eteel eupport members of the bu!ldinq. <br /> Both north and eouth portiune of the building are claseifled :�s <br /> dengerous by definitione in Chapter 3, Abatement of Dangeroue Buildings, <br /> 1985 Edltlon.
