The letter further required the owner's immediate attention in <br /> correcting the conditions. <br /> On September 17, 1987, the letter was returned to me by the Postal Department <br /> with a stamp indicating that there was no forwarding address, and the Postal <br /> Service could not for�ard the letter. <br /> After contacting Ci•alg Fullerton, of Public Works, I was able to obtain the <br /> �ame of saneone in Burlington Northern and an address to forward the letter <br /> to. The letter was sent registered mail, return receipt requested, once <br /> again. This time, we made contact on September 22. <br /> On September 23, 1987, Mr. JoM Maher of Burlington Northern called me. Mr. <br /> Maher indicated that he already had two bids for demolition of the structure I <br /> and clearing of the prq�erty. He said there was a new leasee whan may take <br /> over the property end do the necessary work.
