Following a eeries of complainte, an on-eite inepection of thie � <br /> property was conducted on April 28, 1989. During this inapection it was <br /> obeerved that the atructure atill is Sn dilapidated condition and open to <br /> public accese, and that the etructure and aurrounding property hee been the <br /> aite of coaeiderable dumping of trash, junk, brueh, and building material <br /> wastes. <br /> As a reault of thie inapectiou, it has been determined that thie property ie <br /> in violation of Ordinance 1554-89, the Minimum Property Maintenance <br /> Ordinance. The epecific nuieances and conditione present on thie property <br /> which conatitute a violation in accordance with Section 2, Ordinance 1554-89 <br /> are: <br /> A. Junk, traeh, litter, diacarded lumber, salvage materials, or other <br /> eimilar materials in any front yard, eide yard, rear yard, or vacant lot. <br /> To correct this violatioa, please remove and properly diepose of all Junk, <br /> treeh, litter, diecarded building materials and bruah from the property on <br /> or before June 16, 1989. It is aleo auggested that you immedia[ely contact <br /> Mr. Tim Tyler the City's 9uilding Official, at 258-8800, to diecuse your <br /> plans and time frame for aecuring or abating the etructure. <br /> Failure ta abate this nuisance and correct this eiolation by the date <br /> epecified above, will lead to further action which would include the City <br /> abating the nuisance and billing the coata to you. Additionallq, the <br /> failure to abate thie nuieance is a misdemeanar subject to a fine of not <br /> more than 51,000.00 per day. <br />
