These muat recent inapectione of the slte were on October 6 and <br /> October 19, !989. <br /> During theae inspections, it was noted that the condition of this property <br /> remaine unchanged from the conditions and violatione noted in our Auguet 17, 1989 <br /> inepection of this property which were addressed in a letter to Mr. Reichlin, of <br /> Riverside Roof, on August 23, 1989 from Mr. Tyler and me. A copy of this letter <br /> Kae also sent to you. <br /> Ae of. this date, Mr. Reirhlin han again failed to contact Mr. Tyler or me to <br /> diecuse an action plan for the correction of the violations and unsafe condltione I <br /> that exlet on thie proper[y. � <br /> It hae become appnrent [hat Mr. Reichlin has no lntention of correcting these <br /> violatione. Therefore, it ie our recommendation that you take whatever action <br /> neceseary to comply with our codes. We believe We have been responeive to all <br /> efforte and attempta on your part to work with your leasee to correct theee <br /> prableme.
