3. Crantor hereb authorizes C t � <br /> y i y to cut, trim and remove any and all <br /> bruah, trees, other vegetation or debria upon the easement and tha right of <br /> accesa for euch purposea. Crantor also authorizea the City to cut, trim and <br /> remove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debria on Crantor's <br /> property vhich, in the City's reasonabla �udgment, conatitutes a hazard to the <br /> eaaement and the right of accass for such purposea. <br /> 4. The Grantor agreea that title to all brush, treea, other vegetation or . <br /> debrie trimmed, cut and ramoved from the eesement pursuant to thia Agreemant, <br /> and also all bruah, treea, other vegatation or debria trimmed, cut and removed <br /> from Grantor's land pursuant to thia Agreement is vested in the City, and that <br /> tha coneidaration paid for conveying said easement and rights herein described <br /> is accepted as full compensation for all damagea incidental to the exerciee of <br /> eny of eaid righta. <br /> 5. In the avent Crantor placea any improvementa on the eaeement or <br /> conatructa anything un the easement without firat having obtained the written <br /> epproval of the City Engineer, the Grantor shall cease all such activity and <br /> remove any and all improvements placed thereon without the wrieten agreament <br /> of tha CSty Engineer. In the event Grantor fails to obtain prior approval, <br /> Grantor hareby authorizea the City to remove any and all improvementa placed <br /> or canatructed theraon and hold the City, ita officera, employees and agenta <br /> harminsa from damage caused to said improvements from removal theraof. <br /> Crantor further agreea to pay the City for any and all costa incurred by the <br /> Clty in removing tha lmprovements.
