It is our unde►standing thal a single family residence <br /> with a daylight basement is planned to be developed on the prope�ty. A topagraphic survey of the <br /> property depicting the planned location and elevation oFthe residence is still being devcloped at the <br /> timc of this report. <br /> Site Conditions <br /> 'I'hc property (lax lot no. 005717001004020 wa: located on the east side of Chinook Drive to thc <br /> norih of thc residence and shop building located ut 5121 Chinook Drive in F.vcrep, Washington. The <br /> 031 acre rectangulaz lot measured approximately l40 feet east-west by 95 fcrt north-south. The lot <br /> slopes down to the northeast at an approximate inclination of 35 percent. A 3 to 6 foot high slope of <br /> fill soils has been grnded onto the south side of the lot from �ading on the adjacent lol to the south <br /> to level the adjucent lot Thc short slope segmcnt was at an approximatc inclination of')0 percent. <br /> Total elevation chan�e from the southwc�t down to the northcast comer was ebuut 40 fect. The <br /> south sic�e of the lot was primarily covercd with bleckberty vincs. There was a cluster of vcry large <br /> Alder trecs in thc southwcst comer of the lot and largc f r trccs ncar thc middle and southeast comcr <br /> of the lot. A thick ground cover of ivy and native plan�s covcr the n:st oC the lot. '1'herc was no <br /> stnnding or flowing water on the property. Therc were no existing improvcments on thc lot. <br /> Subsurface Conditions <br /> Subsurfacc conditions un the property wete inferred from visuul reconnais.sancc of the pmperty, a <br /> review of an applicahlc geologic map, and a series of 3 subsurface exploration piu cxcavated on the <br /> property.
