Concur with your conclusion project must meet MR #1-J15. Following are comments on <br /> each MR. <br /> #1. Stormwater site plan: <br /> a. Please provide a legible soils map. Not very clear as to SCS soil demarcation tines. <br /> #2. Construction SWPPP <br /> a. suggest installing silt fence using several "J" hooks to break up longitudinal <br /> distance and make silt fence more effective. <br /> b. please add note indicating bare and disturbed soils shall remain unr_overed for or <br /> unstabilized for no more than 2 days from Oct 1 - Apr 30 and for no more than 7 <br /> days from May 1 - Sep 30. <br /> c. please add appropriate BMP reference numbers, such as C101, etc. � <br /> d. please add note calling (or periodic street deaning to remove sediment tracked off- <br /> site. <br /> e. please add note calling for inspection and maintenance of all BMP's both routinely <br /> and aker cach storm event. <br /> !!3. Pollution source control not required as project is residential development. <br /> k4, Natural drainage systems and outfalls preservation basically met. <br /> 1t5. On-site stormwater management: <br /> a. Please include Narrow filter strip along "Transition Zone." <br /> b. Please design "Level Spreaders" in accordance with SWM's infiltration trenches per <br /> Vol 111, 12.3.3, pg 12-7 & 8. Use 250 sf per 1,000 sf of rooftop. <br /> Plan Comments: <br /> A. Sheet 2, Stormwater Site Plan <br /> 1. In order to use Narrow flter strip and "Transition Zone", max slope of driveway must <br /> not exceed 5%.
