Since this project will utilize the level area on the C' (�S <br /> properly to the south this feature will not require any excessive grading lo install, will be <br /> available immediately and may require some maintenance to ensure proper function <br /> during the site work. At this time winter work is expected during the wet season. <br /> 3: Control Flow Rales <br /> This project is below the thresholds requiring Oow control for the project. ✓ <br /> 4: Install Sediment Controls <br /> This site SWPPP proposes to conslrucUmaintain a gravel entrance, vegetatve buffer, silt <br /> fencing and retention of lhe existing vegetation that will provide a vegetaled strip between <br /> the cleared areas and any downslope property line. The construction ot these teatures C�n�� <br /> should be completed before the clearing and grading of the site.
