8. SUMMARY <br /> This project proposes to consiruct less than 4,000 s( of new impervious suriaces including <br /> driveway and rooi areas As a result, the use and land cover for less than 4,000 sf of lhe <br /> site will be converied from pervious (forest) lo impervious surfaces. In addition, <br /> approximately 4,500 sf of existi�g (orested area will be converted to lawn or other <br /> landscaping. On-site stormwater manayement techniques have been incorporated into <br /> the design to mitigate for this land conversion. In addition, based on the proposed <br /> improvements for the site drainage design the post developed runofi from the site is <br /> expected to be slightly more ihan the runoff from the existing system.
