A <br /> 650 pound air driven hammer was used to drive the 3" standard steel pipe pile to a rate of <br /> 12 seconds per inch. No piling erceeded a 14' embedment and they were placed within <br /> acceptabe spacin¢ in the footines with welded steel caps as per plan. The 3" steel pipe <br /> was 21' in length and no steel couplers were used. The excess pipe was cut 6"above the <br /> bottom of the footine. <br /> The footing steel was placed accordine to plan and inspected on 1/20/97 on both lots 10 � <br /> and 11 and wall steel was inspected and placed according to plan on i/24/97 on lot 10 and <br /> 1/28/97 on lut 11. <br /> The back-fill was inspected on February 3, 1997 and found to have been placed according <br /> to plan. <br /> I trust that this completes our work on this project.
